Instructions for submitting papers:

Submission is due Oct. 1st, 2018:

1. Use the EasyChair system at
https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=bps18
to upload the final version.

2. The length of the paper should not surpass 5 pages (Single line spacing, Times New Roman, 12 pt, 1 inch margins).

Note: Some colleagues in Mainland China have found that they could not access the EasyChair Website.  If you have this problem, please email your submission to the conference chairs and the relevant track chairs.  Sorry for the trouble.
